Standard Subscription FAQs

  • What is an Organization?
The Organization is the highest level of structure on the Cloud Harbor Business Operations Platform. Every user belongs to an Organization. You may be the only user in an Organization or there may be others in your Organization with whom you share tasks and applications. If you want to join an existing Organization you must indicate the name of that Organization as part of your sign-up information. If you are the first user signed up for an Organization (i.e. you select New as the Organization Type) you will automatically be designated as the Administrator. If there are multiple users in your organization you can later assign someone else to the Administrator role.
All data, users, forms, processes, applications, etc. belong to a specific Organization and those contents are not shared or visible to any other Organization. All information for each Organization is encrypted during transmission and when on disk storage. Within an Organization, access to data and resources is controlled by the Organization's own security policies. These security policies allow the Organization very fine-grained control of access to all data and resources within that Organization. Back to Top

  • What happens if I exceed my disk storage limit?
You will be notified by email when you reach 85% of your disk space allocation. If you exceed your disk space allocation we will automatically add additional subscription disk storage (in the smallest configuration available needed to meet your disk usage) to your account. This will be reflected in your monthly subscription billing. If you take steps to use less disk storage you can cancel the additional disk storage subscription at any time. There are no refunds for partial month's usage. Back to Top
